SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT

Please make sure you have read my site before contacting me, so that we know for certain that we can be of service to one another. It will save you money and save us both time.

When you call for a appointment remember that I can not answer the phone while I am in session, so please leave a message and give me the best times to get back to you. If I have a full day, it may take a day, therefore email is the quickest way to get me. While I don't take same day appointments, I can schedule any day of the week, and most likely can accommodate your appointment needs.

If you have questions, I can BRIEFLY discuss what you want to accomplish. If your questions take longer than TEN minutes to address, I will ask that you schedule a telephone consultation.

All appointments must be secured by credit card - the $50.00 deposit will go toward what ever appointment you decide on. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be refunded; otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable. I allot a number of hours in my day for appointments, and if there is a last-minute cancellation, this is a small compensation for loss of many hours. The charge will appear on your credit card as "CD Enterprises."

SECURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

A non-refundable $50.00 deposit is necessary to secure your appointment and will be subtracted from the total amount due at the time of your appointment.

FOR FIRST-TIME CLIENTS

	INTRODUCTORY OFFER - 1/2 hour first-time phone consultation: $50.00
	Individual Mind/Body (2-3 hour session): $500.00
	Womens Reconditioning of the Mind (1 1/2-2 hour session): $250.00
	Couples Mind/Body ( 2-4 hour session): $600.00

REPEAT APPOINTMENTS

	Individual repeat bodywork (1-2 hour session): $200.00
	Individual repeat sessions (6 hours): $500.00 (a savings of $100)
	Individual repeat sessions (10 hours): $800.00 (a savings of $200)
